3. When a scan is uploaded, you receive a notification alerting you that you have new mail. From there, you can log in to your account to see all of your scans.

What does “unique suite number” really mean?
When we assign your business a unique suite number, that differentiates your business from every other business that uses our Mail Forwarding Service. It’s similar to your business having its own physical location in an office that it shares with other businesses.
What do I get with Phone Service?
One the most valuable features of Phone Service is that you can avoid giving out your personal number to clients and business associates. However, because you access Phone Service using our free app, you also get the convenience of being able to receive and send work calls from your personal device.
Our Phone Service uses Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) technology, which allows you to use the service anywhere you have internet using our iOS and android app (available to download for free in US app stores). VOIP phone service isn’t connected to a specific device or SIM card, so you can easily change devices and still access your service.
For only $9/month (after the 90-day free trial), you’ll get:
- Phone number with a local CO area code
- Unlimited calls and SMS texts
- Call forwarding (US number required)
- Custom outgoing Caller ID

What happens if I run out of mail scans?
If you end up getting more mail than you expected and exceed your mail scan limit, we’ll continue to receive and scan your mail so that you don’t lose anything important. However, to view your additional scans, you will need to pay a fee of $15 per document or upgrade to Premium Mail Forwarding or Virtual Office.
What if I need a physical piece of mail?
If there’s a particular piece of mail that you need sent to you, we can forward it to you for a small fee.
Can I get Mail Forwarding if I don’t have a business?
Even though we advertise to businesses (because we are a company that offers business solutions like Registered Agent and Company Formations Service), you don’t have to have a business to order Mail Forwarding. You can order Mail Forwarding Service for personal mail—simply check “Individual” instead of “Business” at the top of your order form.
