Compliance Service
Failing to file a Annual Report is one of the main reasons we see our clients’ companies getting into trouble with the state–the Wyoming SOS can administratively dissolve your company after just 60 days of your report being overdue. Losing your good standing with the WY SOS can also make it difficult to secure funding from a financial institution and prevent you from being able to do business in another state.
Compliance Service can prevent you from experiencing the negative effects of missing your filing by making sure that it’s filed ahead of your due date each year (Compliance Service is called “Renewal Service” in your online account).
To keep our clients from missing their Annual Report deadlines, we include enrollment in our Compliance Service with Registered Agent, Company Formation, and Foreign Registration Services.
How does Compliance Service work?
Enrollment in Compliance Service comes at no additional upfront cost.
About 3 months before your Annual Report deadline, we’ll send you an email reminder about the impending due date and let you know that we’ll soon be filing on your company’s behalf. Then we’ll file your Report well ahead of time, so that you remain in compliance without even having to think about it.
Compliance Service costs $100 + the state fee, charged only at filing.
How do I change my enrollment status?
You can enroll in or cancel Compliance Service (also called Renewal Service) in your online account.

Apostille
An Apostille is required when you register to do business in a foreign country and is used to verify that your business formation documents (or any other document you must supply) are legitimate. Getting an Apostille can be complicated, so we’re ready to do the busywork for you.
Certificate of Good Standing
A Certificate of Good Standing shows that your business is in compliance with the WY SOS and may be required when you register to do business in another state or for certain financial transactions. We can easily get you a Certificate Good Standing issued by the Wyoming Secretary of State’s office.

It’s always a good idea to keep your important business documents organized and easily accessible.

S Corporation
S-Corporation is a tax election that can have tax benefits for both corporations and LLCs if your company qualifies. We can change your tax election and help you enjoy these benefits as long as your business meets the requirements.
Tax ID (EIN)
All corporations, all multi-member LLCs, and all business entities with employees must obtain a federal Tax ID, also called an Employer Identification Number (EIN). Your business (and your employees) will use your EIN to identify your company on federal tax filings. We can get you an EIN from the IRS to reduce your paperwork load at the time of business formation.
Trademark Service
Protect your intellectual property (IP) and business image by trademarking your business name, the name of one of your products or services, a catchphrase, or your logo with the federal government. This can help prevent your IP from being stolen by another business. The process of getting a trademark can be complex, but we can make it easier with Trademark Service.
Trade Name (DBA)
You don’t have to start a new business or amend your Articles of Organization to do business under a new name. You can get a Trade Name, or DBA (doing business as name). In fact, using a Trade Name (or more than one), you can do business under multiple names. This can allow you to sell different product lines or operate branches of your business, all under their own names and with their own branding, without having to form multiple business entities.
