Our History
Rocky Mountain Registered Agent got started back in 2016. When the pandemic happened in 2020, small businesses got hit hard, but our doors remained open. We knew we had to keep going, for our clients and for ourselves. It was grueling, but we’re still here and kicking today—not only that, we’re better than ever.
From our humble beginnings, we’ve expanded beyond registered agent service to provide company formation, mail forwarding, and virtual office, along with an array of additional filings (DBA/trade name, EIN, trademarks).

Not filing can put you at risk of having your business marked Delinquent, resulting in extra fees or even losing your business name. So, we send you a reminder as your due date approaches and file on your behalf ($100 plus state fees). If you don’t want the service, simply cancel in your online account.
